Arange Fragancia (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is based in Miami, Florida, United States. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

By using the Site or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the age of majority in your state of residence, and that you are able to enter into a binding contract.

Products, authenticity, and availability

We sell genuine Arabian and designer fragrances. Every product we sell is 100% authentic and factory-sealed — no decants and no imitations. We make every effort to display our products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, packaging and presentation may vary by batch and manufacturer. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit or discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to refuse or cancel any order placed with incorrect pricing, even after an order has been submitted. We accept payment through Shopify Payments (major credit and debit cards), Shop Pay, PayPal, and Klarna. Installment options such as Shop Pay Installments and Klarna are provided by those third parties and are subject to their terms, eligibility, and approval.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Our acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll issue a full refund.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only, by ground transportation, in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Fragrance is a flammable liquid and cannot be shipped by air or expedited services.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, we accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed items within 14 days of delivery; opened or used items are final sale.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the “Arange Fragancia” name and branding — is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others’ rights, to interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or to introduce malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access for any misuse.

Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Fragrance is intended for external use only. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, test a small amount first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arange Fragancia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arange Fragancia and its owners and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
