Every order is packed with care and shipped the correct, safe way for fragrance. Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We ship to residential and business street addresses. Delivery to P.O. boxes and to some remote areas may be limited by our carriers.

Ground shipping only

Perfume contains alcohol, which is classified as a flammable liquid. For this reason, fragrance must travel by ground transportation only — it cannot be sent by air or expedited/overnight services. This is standard practice for shipping perfume safely and in compliance with carrier and transportation regulations. It may make delivery a little slower than typical air shipping, and we appreciate your patience.

Processing and delivery times

  • Processing: orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Transit: ground delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, and high-volume periods. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping cost

Enjoy free ground shipping on orders over $75. For orders below that amount, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.

Incorrect addresses and undeliverable packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact us. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@arangefragancia.com with photos so we can make it right.
