Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes — 100%. Every bottle we sell is genuine and factory-sealed, sourced to be exactly what the label says. We don’t sell decants, refills, or imitations, ever. Learn more on our Authenticity page.
Why does shipping take a little longer than other stores?
Perfume contains alcohol, which is a flammable liquid, so it can only travel by ground — never by air or overnight. It’s the correct, safe way to ship fragrance. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Full details are on our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Ground shipping is free on orders over $75. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, as well as Shop Pay, PayPal, and Klarna.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. You can split your order into interest-free payments with Shop Pay Installments or Klarna at checkout, subject to their approval and terms.
Are these full bottles?
Yes. Every listing is a full retail bottle in the size shown (for example, 100 ml) — never a decant or sample vial.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed items within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances are final sale. See our Refund Policy for full details.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We’re sorry! Email info@arangefragancia.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven’t received tracking within a couple of business days, reach out and we’ll check on it.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep it in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Stored well, a sealed fragrance keeps its character for years.
