Every bottle arrives factory-sealed in its original cellophane and is never decanted, refilled, or rebottled. We buy only through authorized distribution, and each order is inspected by hand before it leaves Miami. If anything about your bottle looks wrong, send us a photo and we will make it right.
Arabian perfume oils — known as Attars — are crafted from natural essences such as Oud, amber, musk, and rare spices, offering an intimate, skin-hugging sillage that evolves beautifully over hours. Western designer scents typically use alcohol-based formulations for broader projection. Both traditions are exquisite; the difference lies in their philosophy of wear.
Spray onto skin that has just been moisturised — oil holds scent far longer than dry skin. Aim for the pulse points: wrists, the base of the throat, behind the ears. Never rub your wrists together; the friction crushes the top notes. With an Arabian attar, a single touch is usually enough.
Sealed, unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once a bottle has been opened or sprayed it becomes a final sale — fragrance is a personal-care product and we cannot resell it. Return shipping is yours unless the bottle arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover it.
Not yet — for now every fragrance in the house is sold as a full bottle. If you are deciding between two houses, message us on WhatsApp and we will talk you through the notes, the projection, and which one suits the way you wear scent.
We ship across the United States only. Fragrance is classified as a flammable liquid, so every order travels by ground — never by air — with the flacon suspended in foam inside a double-walled box. Standard ground shipping is $8, and free on orders over $75.
